Compensation: $75,000-85,000 base salary, full benefits and matching 401k. We will provide a complete relocation package as well.
POSITION SUMMARY:
Senior level Business Operations Analyst driving analytical commercial marketing & business line sales support to enhance fact-based decision making in the North American Commercial Organization. Focus on developing in-depth evaluation to provide value-added tools and studies to Sales and Marketing, and Customer Support Teams. Routine interaction required with Senior Management and business unit leaders in global marketing.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Work closely across functional teams on developing and delivering business execution enhancement tools. This includes integrated portfolio profitability model, promotion ROI evaluation, strategic key account planning, key annual initiatives and other high level business analyses with emphasis on the state of the business results and trends within the business.
- Assist developing, automating and implementing integrated portfolio profitability/value model.
- Provide analytical business support to Sales and Marketing, and Customer Support Teams, conduct situational assessment and scenario studies.
- Deliver fact base sales analyses to various Managers on both regular and ad hoc projects, evaluation and trending to management. Present findings clearly, timely and accurately to internal and external audiences.
- Support monthly financial operations; including business line performance, reporting and data maintenance.
- Support the Quarterly Business Review; assist Senior Managers, and others, in business review process.
- Assist in annual revenue, product line pricing planning exercise, and countermeasure deployment.
- Provide support on annual market penetration & financial planning process.
- Routine interaction required with Marketing Management, Sales/TSO executives, and other Corporate Business Units including Global Marketing Organization, Corporate & Strategic Development, Operations and G&A functions.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Formal Training/Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance or Business Management.
- MBA or equivalent degree, highly desired
Experience:
- Minimum of 7 years experience supporting business planning processes at Business Unit and/or Corporate levels
- Previous exposure to Sales and Marketing operation a plus
- Previous experience with strategic pricing and modeling
- Advanced experience with planning and analysis systems include Oracle, Cognos or other equivalent solutions preferred.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Powerplay skills.
