Currently Alpha Pro Staffing is seeking a “Global Business Development Manager” in the Los Angeles Area who has experience calling on large, enterprise level accounts. Roles and Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for building relationships with C-Level decision makers, and is also expected to work with multiple individuals with the authority to make the purchasing decisions. These decision makers may reside in multiple locations that may include multiple districts or regions.
-Must have experience calling on enterprise level accounts.
-Must have a desire to develop an in-depth understanding and knowledge of the products and services offered as well as those offered by the competition.
-Must be highly Independent and self motivated.
-A thorough grasp of professional and consultative selling skills to include a history of successful contract negotiations is required. Must be comfortable with a sales cycle that can range from 6-18 months and will typically involve multiple decision makers in the purchasing decision.
-Must demonstrate an understanding of the industry, the current trends, and leverage that information to the benefit of company and the customer.
-An understanding of the client relationship process, buying process and a demonstrated record of senior level customer contacts.
Performance Traits We Are Looking For:
-Bachelors degree or equivalent experience and 7+ years experience in related field
-Strong Presentation, Communication, Networking & Interpersonal Skills a must
-Documented Track Record of Sales Success
-The desire to build a rewarding career with an outstanding organization is required
-Experience selling to enterprise size companies
-Understanding Prospecting, Developing and Building a Client Base
Company Benefits and Compensation:
Base Salary Starting $80-105k base salary
Uncapped Commission (First year on target earnings $152k+)
